General Summary: We are looking for a Sr. Specialist Billing who will be responsible for billing and processing order entry. Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for a Sr. Specialist Billing who will be responsible for Monthly Data Warehouse billing and processing. Digital allocations in preparation for order entry. Identifying and implementing billing system improvements to increase and improve productivity. Performing billing analysis to ensure that cash receipts are being maximized. Analyzing billing to monitor trends in the billing process. Producing reports. Developing, implementing, and updating billing policies and procedures. Working with internal departments to resolve billing issues and develop solutions. AD hoc projects. Serving as backup to Accounts Payable position. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required. 7+ years of accounting experience is required.
