Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Envizi Technical Engineer, you will apply your deep expertise in engaging with top specialists / architects in Global System Integrators that work with IBM. Aside from partner facing role, you will apply your deep domain expertise to give detailed product briefings, build demos and proof of concepts for GSIs that for specific IBM products. You will build your knowledge on Envizi and apply the same to help partners with the adoption.
Understanding of the product and its usage across industry is the key. It would be preferred to have some implementation project experience on Sustainability products. Candidate should be willing to learn Sustainability, IBM Supply chain products as well as Envizi.
Individual is expected to be hands-on technically to help GSI's to resolve issues around product etc
As an Envizi Technical Engineer for Global Systems Integrator Labs, you will
- Influence technical experts in Global Systems Integrators to adopt one or more IBM Envizi product
- Develop proof of concepts using deep expertise in IBM Envizi products if it applies
- Working with other product architect to build cross product and innovative solutions
- Work with offering / product teams to understand roadmaps and provide feedback from partners
- Apply your hands-on skills in setting up & configuring IBM products and build integrations with products setup in different cloud platforms thru automation
- Develop product customizations, integrations for different business uses for GSIs

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Envizi or Sustainability or Supply chain domain or Asset management domain and willing to learn and implement Envizi
- Good Understanding of Sustainability
- Deep expertise of 3+ years in implementing atleast one IBM Sustainability software projects
- Ability to pick up new areas like watsonx, AI and work hands on in developing proof of concepts
- Hands-on experience in one or more Cloud Native technologies/frameworks like micro-services/API development (NodeJS, Python, Java), Dockers
- Hands-on experience in one or more modern UI technologies like AngularJS, React
- Hands-on experience in one or more DB technologies like SQL (mySQL, Oracle) or NoSQL
- Excellent Communication, customer facing and technical presentation skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- 5+ years in any of the Sustainability software products
- Exposure to programming in Python or Java
- Exposure to docker, containers and kubernates and platform like Openshift
- Exposure to at least one public cloud services like AWS, Azure
