Key Responsibilities - Research and develop marketing strategies in the Cold Chain & Prefab industry, understanding consumer needs and identifying market trends.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities, conduct sales visits, give demonstrations, provide training and presentations, prepare quotations, and review cost and sales performance.
- Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft comprehensive reports.
- Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage marketing and sales teams to meet objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular visits, understanding their needs, and identifying new marketing opportunities.
- Stay current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, workshops, and maintaining professional networks.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-8 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
