Job Title: Project Manager - Corporate Food and Catering Services

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Project Manager to oversee our Corporate Food and Catering Services. The ideal candidate should have a 12 years to 15 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry and hold a qualification in Hotel Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality in corporate food and catering services.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans for corporate food and catering services.

• Execute and oversee all aspects of the projects to ensure timely and successful completion.

• Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to align project goals.

2. Operational Management:

• Manage day-to-day operations of corporate food and catering services.

• Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery to meet client expectations.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

3. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.

• Address client concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.

4. Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate a diverse team of culinary and service staff.

• Provide guidance and training to enhance team performance.

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

5. Financial Management:

• Develop and manage budgets for projects and operations.

• Monitor expenses, control costs, and ensure profitability.

• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

6. Quality Assurance:

• Implement and maintain high standards of food quality and service.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Implement improvements based on feedback and industry trends.

7. Logistics and Supply Chain Management:

• Manage procurement of raw materials and supplies.

• Optimize logistics and supply chain processes for efficiency.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on corporate food and catering services.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Hotel Management.

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale operations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.

• Financial acumen and experience in budget management.

• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
