Job description
1. Customize and configure Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics etc
2. Develop and maintain APIs and web services to integrate Zoho applications with external systems
3. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and fellow developers, to-gather requirements and provide technical guidance & solutions
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho applications, ensuring their optimal performance and stability
5. Stay up-to-date with Zohos product updates, new features, and best practices to leverage them in solution development
6. Provide training and support to end-users on Zoho applications, including user adoption, system enhancements, and troubleshooting
* Candidate should have minimum 1 year working experience in ZOHO.
* Preferred candidates from B.Tech, Computer Science, MCA and BCA educational background.
