Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager (SEM) at GrowthTrack in Noida. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for optimizing search engine marketing campaigns and developing strategies for increasing traffic and conversions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of SEM campaigns and achieve aggressive growth targets.

Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience managing high-performance SEM campaigns
• Successful track record of delivering SEM results in a fast-paced environment (Education domain preferred)
• Expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Understanding of Meta lead gen and brand campaigns
• Solid understanding of other paid search platforms, including shopping engines, programmatic display, and native advertising
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with other teams
• Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion optimization techniques
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Experience working in a performance marketing agency is a plus
