Job Description: Ophthalmologist Phaco Surgeon
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ophthalmologist Phaco Surgeon to join our team at Medico Hub. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ophthalmology with particular expertise in phaco surgery. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing surgeries diagnosing and treating eye diseases and providing patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting eye exams to diagnose and treat eye conditions
Performing phaco surgeries to remove cataracts and implant intraocular lenses
Treating eye diseases such as glaucoma macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy
Prescribing medications and corrective lenses as needed
Providing patient education and counseling on eye care and disease prevention
Maintaining accurate and uptodate medical records
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Residency training in ophthalmology
Board certification in ophthalmology
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Ophthalmologist Phaco Surgeon
Strong surgical skills and experience with phaco surgery
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
