Job description
Inviting applications for "Redevelopment of Ahmedabad Railway station" Project for Design/Approval Coordinator (Civil and Structures) position.
Responsibilities: Review, Coordinating & expediting the design submissions, approvals and clearances for said disciplines and release timely of drawing submissions. Ensure that there is no delay of work at site due to absence of drawings, details or any decisions. Track and maintain record of changes in design. Coordinate design approvals with Employer and EPC Contractor, Proof checking consultants. Highlight critical issues in design management and address them with discussion with Principal Design Coordinator for quick decisions as per stipulated timeline and contract conditions. Assist Principal Design Coordinator. · Minimum Qualification Essential: Graduate Degree in Engineering from IIT/NIT institution Must Have: Post Graduate Degree in Engineering from a recognized institution Minimum 12 years of overall experience Minimum 8 years of experience in similar relevant projects (Buildings & Viaducts/ROBs, Roads, Architectural, Urban planning, System and MEPF works, railway Track & OHE works IBMS SCADA.) 6 years’ experience into similar positions Key Qualities and soft skills Work experience in both an independent and team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential Strong team player and effective team leader Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through patience, analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to read communication styles of team members and clients who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines Strong interpersonal skills are a must. Excellent leadership and managerial skills Ensure compliance of the Systra Group policies, particularly on ethics, safety and adherence to Company ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards.Job tags
