We are looking for Dynamic professional with minimum 12yrs of experience spanning across Program/Project /Delivery Management, Strategic Planning, Operation Management, People Management and Office Administration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Thought leader on Cloud Data / Data Engg space with very good understanding of Data Ecosystem. Good knowledge of Snowflake Ecosystem is a must
- Involved in conducting Webinars or Seminars in the Data Engg space. Active Blogger, writer in the data Engg space.
- Ability to interact with the CXO’s and convince them on the solution proposed.
- Ability to consult clients on Data Blueprint, Roadmap exercise
- Ability to interact with the Partner Ecosystem and work with their Sales Reps for leads
- Ability to define and sharpen our Go-To-Market messaging and also work on Service Offerings and Solutions
- Ability to lead and grow team which enables the Enterprises Customers to make informed decisions by providing actionable and accessible data.
- Responsible for development and implementation of the overall practice growth strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams spread across geography to deliver complex programs
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
- Ensure consistent and transparent status updates with all stakeholders (Engineering, Business, Product, Leadership).
- Reward and recognition of resources – attrition management – career planning
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
- Support customer initiatives of BI modernization, cloud deployments, AI/ML, Microservices, API integrations, Bigdata, Customer experience, User Experience, etc.
Must Have:
- Knowledge of Data Engineering (Informatica or Snowflake) or reporting (Tableau or Power BI) desirable.
- Hands on experience on any one of the Data Engineering or Reporting tool would be added advantage
Good to have:
- Has complete understanding and knowledge of SDLC process – different project execution model – executed multiple engagements in FP model.
- Candidates from Tier1 or Tier2 service companies to ensure he/she has more complex and concurrent project engagements.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in BI and Data Analytics space with good understanding of related tools and technologies will add more value
Operations :
- Responsible for Implementation of Operational Strategies, to ensure Mohali Centre performs to the best of its potential and inculcate cost saving strategies for the Centre.
- End-to-end conceptualization & implementation of Organisational Policies and operate within allocated budgets.
- Competent personal who can develop detailed Mohali Centre Utilization dashboards, clearly depicting billable and non-billable trends.
- Growth of Mohali Centre.
People Manager :
- Build, coach, mentor, lead, and support team members.
- Hire, mentor and retain high performers for the centre.
- Possess strong people management skills, including excellent interpersonal skills, performance management skills, and proficiency in conducting interviews.
- Mentor and review the performance of the team members, providing guidance and feedback to ensure team's success.
- Excellent communicator and good listener.
Admin :
- Conducting coordination of administrative & financial functioning of Administration
- Vendor liaison and Management
Exposure & understanding of following technical Skills must for this role:
- Data Prep / ETL: Snowflake Ecosystem, Databricks, Matillion, dbt, Alteryx etc
- Data Visualization: Tableau, Power BI
- Database: Oracle, SQL Server etc
- Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure
