Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Rohtak, with flexibility for some remote work. The Area Sales Manager will oversee a sales team to develop and implement sales and promotional strategies, coordinate with marketing and distribution teams, and manage relationships with key accounts. The Area Sales Manager will also analyze sales data and develop sales projections to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends
• Ability to analyze and understand sales data
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required, proficiency in other languages is a plus
