Executive Assistant
Role & responsibilities
· Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
· Calendar Management: Managing CEOs Calendar and set up meetings.
· Travel Arrangements: Anticipate travel needs (national /international) agrees travel needs with the Director, and coordinate arrangements appropriately.
· Document Management : Organize and maintain important documents, files, and records for the CEO, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage.
· Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
· Monthly Expense Reports: Preparation of Expense reports
· Administration: Provide general administrative support & have steady experience as office coordinator.
· Other Tasks: Other tasks as assigned by the CEO
