Brief Description of Duties: Commercial Leasing - Office Space:

1. Responsible to identify new business opportunities, business development, proposal development, and lead client pitches. 2. Ensure accurate inputs for finalization of lease agreements and completion of lease documentation for closures and renewals/expansion in respect to the office space requirements. 3. Prepare, recommend, and implement a transaction strategy for marketing and leasing of commercial/office space project(s). 4. Source corporate clients through direct interaction and reference. 5. Build a network of Clients and Channel Partners to source business through both direct marketing and networking with IPCs & the local broker network. 6. Request for Proposals (RFP) including the presentation and closure. 7. Demonstrate strong business acumen, business development skills as well as proven leadership abilities in managing multiple projects and staff. 8. Must possess excellent verbal, presentation, and communication skills to deliver brilliant customer service and manage key client relationships. 9. Formulate & implement real estate marketing & leasing plan in line with Company's strategic and time-bound real estate goals. 10. Responsible for Legal Documentation Along with In - house Legal from Heads of Terms / Letter of Intents /agreements to Lease/Lease Deeds/Letters/ Notices as Required, Registering Documents etc. 11. Able to work closely with the company's Managing Director and the leadership team within the region which consists of business development and delivery personnel, and the Commercial Leasing & Sales team. 12. Handle Customer escalations/ Complaints and resolution

Skills Required: · Good in team handling. · Should be aggressive in achieving own and team target. · Hands on with MS Office - Excel (most important - must know Pivot, VLOOKUP, goal seek and other formulae), PowerPoint, Word. · Detailed orientation. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Must be presentable.
