Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter with exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative and executive supportrelated tasks. This role requires a high level of professionalism discretion and the capability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO managing their calendar appointments and meetings ensuring efficient use of their time.
- Coordinate and manage extensive travel arrangements including flights accommodations and itineraries for both domestic and international trips.
- Prepare and edit correspondence presentations reports and other documents on behalf of the CEO maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct research and compile information as needed for presentations reports and meetings.
- Assist in organizing and overseeing special events board meetings conferences and other executivelevel gatherings.
- Handle incoming communications including emails phone calls and mail and respond on behalf of the CEO when necessary.
- Collaborate with other executives and team members to facilitate smooth communication and workflow across the organization.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously following through on tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders exercising discretion and professionalism in all interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience (4 years) as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting Csuite executives.
- Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment with a proactive and problemsolving attitude.
