Job description
Designation: - Travel Consultant (Domestic & International)
Interview process:
1st round with HR
2nd & Final round with Operations team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Candidate (Female and Male) experienced in Travel domain- International & Domestic Holidays.
2. Candidate should posses destination knowledge of India, middle East, South East of Asia,Europe, Cruises.
3. Fair and robust hands-on knowledge of costing, designing customize / tailormade itinerary.
4. Understanding clients package requirement.
5. Convert incoming leads into SALES.
6. Follow up the leads and calls (Target based Assigned job).
7. Must be having fair knowledge of product destinations i.e., hotels categories, Transporter, etc.
8. Experience in Inbound Tours/Outbound Tours.
Skills Required:
1. Depth knowledge and experience of UK and EUROPE destinations (Sight seen, Accommodation, transportation, itinerary, travel documents and government guidelines).
2. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
3. Minimum 3 years relevant experience required.
4. Preference will give to those who have worked in DMC's
5. Must have handled B2C
6. Must be Graduate (Preferred Travel related Course).
7. Good knowledge of MS- word and excel & Internet utilization.
