Manager: Leaning & Development (HR) About the Company InfoAnalytica Consulting provides critical market intelligence and valuable business insights to its global business clients. We have extensive expertise in Business & Financial Research and Analysis, Social Media Solutions, Marketing and Technology Consulting, and Content Development. Key responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Helping the Company meet its objectives by conducting organisational needs analysis (technical, functional & soft skills), developing & implementing high impact learning & development programs/interventions in line with business needs and priorities to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles. Reviewing and revising course materials to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures, and systems. Developing content & delivering trainings (Soft Skills, Leadership, Communication, Interpersonal skills, Customer interactions, Writing skills, Motivation, Personal Effectiveness, TTT, etc.) to various parts of the business and working with various stakeholders to coordinate and organise training sessions. Collating feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and making improvements where required. Sourcing and recommending vendors and other external partners to design, develop, and / or deliver learning solutions where applicable . Implementing LMS & technology enabled innovations to support blended and digital learning. Coaching employees and helping them in applying training content to real life situations. Drive the employee engagement and employee communication initiatives to build a positive, cohesive & progressive work culture.
Ideal Profile: 8-12 years of experience in a similar role with IT / ITES, KPO/BPO, Consulting companies Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation. Strong networker & relationship builder Experience of implementing and managing LMS and Technology solutions Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsJob tags
