Job Profile:
Agency (BDM):
*Has to recruit a team of financial consultants from their own references.
*Has to train them to market & sell life insurance products of HDFC Life insurance Company, both Term & ULIP plans,
*Advisors will get paid on commission basis on the business done by them.
*You have to monitor the team of advisors and train them and to make sure they hit monthly/annual business numbers.
*for all these activities You will get extra payouts as incentive apart From Your salary.

Key Responsibilities:
Agent Recruitment
· Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipeline.
· Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
· Recruit quality agents as per the standards defined by the company
Agent Development
· Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits
· Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
· Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
Meet Business Goals
· Achievement of key business vectors
· Improve agent productivity & retention
· Maintain the quality vectors of business including persistency and surrender
