We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic International Gaming Chat Process to join our team at Angel Recruiting. As part of the company's fast-growing gaming division, you will be responsible for assisting international gaming customers through chat support. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with experts in the field. With 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, you will have the chance to contribute to the success of our gaming clients and gain valuable experience in the industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Hsc with 1 year international chat process
- Graduation with 09 months domestic/international process
- Excellent English communication skills
- Previous experience in chat process or customer service
- Strong knowledge of gaming industry
- Familiarity with African markets and African clients is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in email communication
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist international gaming customers through chat support
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner
- Ensure timely and accurate information is provided to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with gaming industry trends and provide recommendations to customers
- Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about Angel Recruiting's gaming clients
