Seeking a candidate with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a distinguished Real Estate company or as a strategic legal counsel in the Real Estate sector.
The ideal candidate should possess uptodate knowledge of land revenue laws RERA government circulars notifications court judgments/orders title investigations cooperative department laws and orders.
Additionally the candidate should be adept at drafting reviewing and negotiating various agreements including Sale Deeds Conveyance Deeds Development Agreements REDevelopment Agreements POA etc. Strong communication skills in English Hindi and Marathi are essential
