Kiosist provides a team of virtual agents located in India to assist kiosks via videocommunication capabilities where the agent located in India is able to provide customer service exactly as if they were in the same location with the customer. The agents operate the kiosks different functionalities which include Property Management System capturing guest information collecting Identification collecting different forms of payment including cash & credit card collecting signatures issuing room keys print room receipts etc all via an inbuilt software fully controlled by the remote agents.
