HR Business Partner Lead
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to support end to end HR function of the organization.

Pune/Mumbai India (expected to travel between locations as needed)
Requirements And Skills - 2-7 years of experience as a HRBP
- Able to run end to end HRBP function for the startup
- Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Role and Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR
strategies that align with business Contribute to workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance on HR
policies, procedures, and resolve employee relations issues, conducting investigations as necessary.
- Talent Management: Partner with the talent acquisition team to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent. Develop
and implement talent development and succession planning programs.
- Performance Management: Oversee and drive performance management process, providing coaching and
support to managers on performance evaluation; Work with leaders to address performance issues and
implement improvement plans.
- Organizational Development: Identify opportunities for organizational development and change management
initiatives. Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, restructuring, and continuous improvement.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction,
and overall workplace culture. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess and improve
employee morale. Creating a culture that promotes employee satisfaction. This can include things like
providing opportunities for growth and development, giving employees feedback, and promoting a positive
workplace atmosphere
