Search Engine Marketing (SEM): - Develop and execute strategic paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. - Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and optimize bids to achieve optimal campaign performance. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 2. Display Advertising: - Plan, create, and execute display advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive targeted traffic. - Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging display ad designs and messaging. - Monitor ad placements and adjust targeting parameters to maximize reach and conversions. 3. Social Ads: - Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. - Utilize audience segmentation and targeting to reach the right audience with personalized messaging. - Continuously test ad creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to improve performance. 4. CRM and Data Management: - Oversee the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate data collection and segmentation. - Leverage customer data to develop personalized marketing campaigns and targeted email marketing strategies. - Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for customer engagement and retention.
5. Digital Marketing Planning and Execution: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives. - Implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels while ensuring brand consistency. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices. 6. Optimization and Reporting: - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use analytics tools to measure the success of digital marketing efforts. - Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, aiming to improve conversion rates and cost-effectiveness. - Generate regular reports to provide insights, progress, and recommendations to stakeholders. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience in SEM, display advertising, social media advertising, and other aspects of digital marketing. - Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant tools. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams. - Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Highly creative, proactive, and results-oriented individuals.
