Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Chief Security Officer at Paras Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. located in Patna. The Chief Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring and managing the organization's security policies and protocols, managing security personnel, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to security. The Chief Security Officer will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating security risks, developing and conducting security training for employees, and managing security incidents.
Qualifications
- Expertise in security operations, risk management, and compliance
- Experience managing security personnel and developing security policies and protocols
- Knowledge of local and international security regulations and standards
- Familiarity with security-related technologies, including access control, surveillance, and intrusion detection systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as security management, law enforcement, or computer science
- 10+ years of experience in a security leadership role
- Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are beneficial
