Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
- Develop and maintain an effective performance management system to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to improve their work.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive salaries and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
- Implement and maintain employee development programs, including training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure continuous learning and professional growth.
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements, including employment laws, labour regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in an IT Company would be an added advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of HR policies and practices, labour laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in managing the full recruitment cycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
