WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
As a Technology Program Manager at Tag, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing multiple technology projects. You will be responsible for providing executive summaries, project updates, timeline updates, progress updates, and handling escalations, risks, and mitigations. Additionally, you will define RACIs (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) for key stakeholders and manage budget updates versus actuals.
As the Technology Program Manager, your responsibility is :
Executive Summaries: Provide concise and informative executive summaries for senior leadership, highlighting key project updates, milestones, and potential challenges.
Project Updates: Regularly communicate project progress, achievements, and challenges to the project team, stakeholders, and leadership.
Timeline Updates: Monitor project timelines and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Provide timely updates on any deviations and propose corrective actions.
Progress Updates : Maintain a comprehensive view of project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall efficiency.
Escalations, Risks, and Mitigations: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation plans. Effectively manage escalations, ensuring swift resolution and minimal impact on project timelines.
Define RACIs for Key Stakeholders : Clearly define and communicate roles and responsibilities for key stakeholders using the RACI framework to ensure effective collaboration and accountability.
Manage Budget Updates Vs Actuals: Work closely with finance and project teams to monitor project expenditures, ensuring alignment with the approved budget. Provide regular updates on budget versus actuals and recommend adjustments as needed.
GREAT TO HAVE
Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Min 10 to 12 Years of Experience
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation, design and PowerPoint skills are a must
- Ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions.
- Experience in managing budgets and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with creative production processes is a plus.
- PMP, Six Sigma or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.

You will report to Global Head of Production Technology.
LOCATION
We currently work in a remote hybrid model with offices in Chennai and Bangalore.
TIMINGS
We work on 9-hour shifts that change depending on the regions you are working with and at the discretion of your line manager
