Job title : BDM - Quality Testing Experience: 8+ Years Job Location: Hyderabad

This role is purely focused on Testing domain in IT Industry

What you'll do:

Research and Analysis Conduct thorough market research on testing in IT industry and report back on potential opportunities, market trends and potential clients Critically analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to create business development ideas and plans Extensively perform SWOT analysis, Customer segmentation and Competitor benchmarking, Plan Market entry strategies with the help of Insights & Data Analytics Continuously perform SWOT analysis on competitors Closely understand client dynamics (Who is influencer, Who is decision maker) Lead Generation: Heavily utilize marketing channels and social media for lead generation and brand visibility Focus on lead volume, lead quality, conversion rate, Generate leads with maximum ROI and minimum CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) Evaluate and utilize lead generation channels and campaigns Provide content, resources, and personalized interactions to build trust, address pain points, and guide leads towards conversion Define lead qualification criteria that ensure quality leads Monitor and optimize cost of leads acquired through marketing, campaigns and other initiatives Develop business: Identify and pursue new business new business via networking, conferences and industry related events Create tailored presentations and proposals to pitch the services and products of Prolifics to prospects Establish new business partnerships through discussions and negotiations Identify market needs and collaborate with competency to build innovative products and services to address customer needs Engage with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities ensuring high level of satisfaction Strategic alignment by collaborating with management to create business development strategies Measure business development effort and progress by defining KPIs Showcase Prolifics success stories, customer testimonials to leads showcasing the success clients achieved by Prolifics' tools and services Leadership and Collaboration: Reach ambitious revenue targets and even exceed them by developing efficient and effective plans Enable sales with required training Manage and maintain sales and digital assets Monitor, track and provide regular updates, feedback and forecasts to management on sales pipeline Develop compelling campaigns and promotional materials like PDFs, PPTs, Posters and Videos for Prolifics branding Compliance: Ensure the compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements Report to the business team on accurate record of client interactions, agreements, requirements etc
