Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Guwahati. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads, following up on leads, and closing deals. The Sales Executive will also work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector
• Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and close deals, while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and constructively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to travel to attend conferences, meetings, and other events
• Understanding of customer and market dynamics, as well as product performance and features
• Knowledge in Computer Applications like MS Office and CRMs
