Project Conceptualization: Develop and refine design concepts in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
Site Analysis: Conduct site analysis to understand the environmental, social, and spatial context of a project.
Design Development: Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using software like AutoCAD and Revit.
Building Codes Compliance: Ensure that designs comply with local and national building codes and regulations.
Coordination with Engineers: Collaborate with structural, mechanical, and other engineers to integrate systems into the overall design.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback into the design.
Construction Oversight: Monitor construction progress to ensure that the project is executed in accordance with the approved design.
Budget Management: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and tracking expenses.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other architects, interior designers, engineers, and construction professionals as part of a project team.
Presentation Skills: Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to clients, team members, and other stakeholders through presentations and reports.
Travel : Ready to travel & mange projects Pan India.
