Position : Executive - Operations
Department : Distributions' Service Delivery & Operations
Location : Gurugram 90-C
Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
- Scrutiny of Agent Appointment documents
- Appointment of Agents -Setup on system
- Processing of Service Change Requests from Agents
- Generation of MIS as required
- Adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements of IRDAI
Measure of Success:
- Scrutiny & processing TAT
- Performance accuracy
- Data maintenance & MISs
Desired Qualifications, skills & Experience:
- Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in operations
- The applicant should have Good English & Hindi speaking skills
- Good working knowledge of MS-Office
