Cluster Manager Cadre: Executive Function: Retail Distribution No of Positions: 5 Location : Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, South Mumbai, Central, Western, All over Mumbai region. As a Cluster Head, your role is to oversee and manage multiple retail branches within a designated geographic area or cluster. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all retail banking activities within your cluster, while also driving business growth and profitability. As Cluster Head, your major responsibilities includes: 1. Leadership and Team Management: You will lead a team of branch managers and staff, providing guidance, support, and direction to achieve business objectives. This involves setting performance targets, conducting regular performance reviews, and motivating your team members to deliver exceptional customer service. Managing pool of high potential talents and controlling the attrition level for entire cluster. 2. Strategic Planning: You will develop and implement strategic plans for the cluster, aligning them with the overall objectives and goals of the organization. This includes analysing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to enhance market share and profitability. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers is crucial. You will work closely with your team to ensure a customer-centric approach, resolve complex customer issues, and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Business Development: You will be responsible for driving business growth within your cluster. This involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and promoting various retail banking products and services inclusive of target achievement in total deposits (CASA book, TD), fee income based products, overall healthy advances portfolio. 5. Compliance, Risk & Audit Management : Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies is essential. You will oversee risk management activities, implement effective controls, and monitor branch operations to mitigate operational, credit, and fraud risks. Managing NPA and over dues and vigilantly overseeing the entire operations. Ensuring the digital penetration at customer level for the entire cluster. 6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting : Regularly monitoring and analysing branch performance is a key responsibility. You will track key performance indicators (KPIs), review financial reports, and prepare management reports to assess the performance of each branch within your cluster. 7. Collaboration : As a Cluster Head, you will collaborate with various departments within the organization, such as marketing, operations, legal and compliance and risk management, to ensure seamless coordination and implementation of strategies and initiatives. Qualification: Graduate or MBA equivalent/ Post Graduation from a recognized institute Relevant Experience: Overall 10-15 years of Branch Banking experience in Bank, preferably having experience in co-operative bank. Must Key Competencies: Posses good market knowledge, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent relationship management skills. Expertise in selling and negotiation skills.
