Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to enroll them in our co-living spaces. The Telecaller will have to maintain records of telephonic interactions and provide regular feedback to the sales team through detailed reports. The ideal candidate should also be able to handle customer complaints and queries effectively, and be able to work collaboratively with other members of the sales team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Active listening and Probing skills
• Good problem-solving abilities and quick thinking
• Strong work ethics and self-motivation
• Experience in Telecalling and Sales is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
