Responsibilities
- Able to handle team both Voice + NON-Voice
- RBI + Social Escalation handling
- Bureau Escalations handling
- Should have knowledge about process automation.
Requirements and skills
- Good Knowledge on MS (Excel, MIS, Mail Merge),
- Banking/ NBFC/ Fintech Experience
- Minimum Experience 2 Years as Manager / SR Manager
- Experience- 3-5 years
