This role will be leading analytics for a pod. You will be expected to drive data driven decision making with senior management, own metrics for a pod. We are committed to data-driven decision-making, innovation, and solving complex problems. We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Analyst to join our team, leading analytics at the highest level within the organization, driving efficiency, and delivering impactful insights.

Job Description:

As Lead Product Analyst at Airtel, you will be responsible for leading analytics for multiple lines of business, driving data-driven decision-making, and structuring conversations in real-time. Your role is critical in developing a deep understanding of the telecom business, defining metrics, conducting A/B testing, and identifying opportunities with a high level of confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Data-Driven Decision Making: Drive data-driven decisions by setting and defining key metrics for the business and taking end-to-end ownership of data-driven insights.

Complex Problem Solving: Thrive in chaos and uncertainty, providing calm, structured problem-solving in high-pressure situations. Lead cross-functional teams to define problem statements, build hypotheses, collect data, build analytics models, and make recommendations.

Analytics Roadmap: Build and execute roadmaps for analytics initiatives to drive efficiency and impactful insights.

Telecom Business Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of the telecom industry, identifying key trends and opportunities for growth.

Hypothesis Testing: Create and test hypotheses to uncover opportunities and measure their impact, all while ensuring high confidence levels in your findings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product teams for data tracking and the implementation of analytics tools like Clickstream, Google Analytics, Branch, and Moengage.

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of experience in core analytics, with a strong background in SQL, Python, Airflow, Tableau, and other analytics tools.

Data Expertise: Proficiency in working with large datasets, data structures, ETL pipelines, and feature modeling.

Data Visualization: Excellent data visualization skills to effectively communicate complex insights to a broader audience.

Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to engage senior management with data-driven insights.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team of analysts, fostering collaboration, and driving success.

Communication: Effective communication skills, including the ability to work across multiple teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Forward Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth, building roadmaps and executing strategic plans.
