Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient functioning of our organization. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various operational activities, implementing strategies to improve productivity, and optimizing processes to achieve organizational goals. This is a senior-level position with a requirement of 7 to 10 years of experience. The job is based in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. This is a full-time position.
Qualifications
Education: MBA in HR or Finance prefer
Experience: 7 to 10 years (Service industry)
Preferably from Ltd or Pvt Ltd or LLP working experience
Salary: According to industry standard
