Qualification: Any graduate

Maintain and update the general ledger by accurately recording financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, contractor bill booking, purchase and service invoices, expense entries, and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
Process and verify invoices, matching them with purchase orders and receipts.
Prepare and issue invoices to customers and clients.
Maintain accurate tax records and support the preparation of tax returns.
Knowledge of E-Waybill and invoices.
Support internal and external audits by providing the requested documentation and explanations. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Proven work experience as an accounts executive or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel and ERP.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance procedures is a plus.
