Core Responsibilities: Manage projects from inception to completion, delivering high-quality, innovative, and functional designs. Generate conceptual drawings, working drawings, renderings, mood boards, and project documents. Conduct client meetings to understand objectives and desires. Prepare engaging presentations (3D, 2D mock-ups, and renderings) for clients. Develop project quotes and related documents. Collaborate effectively with internal team members, clients, consultants, and contractors. Professional Profile & Skill Set: Relevant experience in the Architecture/ Interior Design Industry. Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field. Proficient in Autocad, Adobe Suites, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office Suites. Strong interpersonal and networking skills. Exceptional planning, organizing, and time management abilities. Leadership skills with a solution-oriented approach. Understanding of design concepts, drawings, construction codes, and standards. Strong portfolio showcasing creative design concepts. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts logically. Well-developed creative visualization skills to convey ideas effectively. Personality Traits: Ability to work effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders. Meticulous attention to detail in design and project management. Takes initiative in problem-solving and project oversight. Can adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
