B.E./B.Tech, MCA or similar graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering Years of Experience 12+ years in experience in PTC Windchill Testing Job Description Minimum12+ years of experience in PTC Windchill manual/functional testing Strong in Windchill functional knowledge inED, LCM areas Knowledge of anyTest Automation Tool like UFT, TOSCA Knowledge ofPerformance tools and practices like Apache JMeter Lead team of manual and automation testing to achieve functional quality goals. Support and/or guide team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using issue-based problem-solving principles InitialTroubleshoot, debug Windchill issues and assist Application support teams Responsible for theTest Case preparation and execution as part of the development team in Agile projects. Test phases – Smoke Testing, Functional Testing, Automation Testing, FIT, UAT and G0-live test cycles Collaboration with Business Team/SMEs for deployment testing and release planning Follow software testing standard procedures for the deliverables Collaboration with other teams like System Administration, Support to resolve problems and improve system overall Work in international and multicultural teams and should have strong communication skills Bring along creativity, logical-structured thinking, and a good portion of technical curiosity Consult architectural discussions and can provide best practice approaches Independent, target-oriented and customer focused way of working Skills and Experience: Minimum 12+ years of experience of working in Windchill test management projects, with 5+ years of experience as a Windchill Test Lead with full-scope implementations, product life-cycle management systems, CAD data management, product data management, and associated networking systems. Advantage: Experience in PTC Thingworx & Navigate, PTC RV&S Experience inRelease Management with Agile Practices Process knowledge of PLM within automotive industriesJob tags
