Job Title: Executive- Learning Experience
Overview:Â
Seeking a dynamic Learning Experience Executive with 2-4 years of experience in program execution and stakeholder management for our D2C Founders Online Growth Program. This role encompasses end-to-end management, from admissions to program execution, aimed at empowering D2C entrepreneurs.Â
Responsibilities:Â
Admissions Management:Â
- Streamline and manage the admissions process.Â
- Evaluate applications and communicate acceptance status.Â
Course Curriculum Development:Â
- Collaborate with experts to design a relevant curriculum.Â
- Oversee the creation and delivery of course content.Â
Speaker Coordination:Â
- Recruit industry leaders and coordinate schedules.Â
- Foster relationships with speakers for ongoing engagement.Â
Course Activities and Workshops:Â
- Plan and organize engaging activities and workshops.Â
- Collect participant feedback for continuous improvement.Â
Participant Engagement:Â
- Implement strategies to enhance participant engagement.Â
- Address participant inquiries promptly.Â
Program Evaluation:Â
- Establish KPIs and monitor program success.Â
- Analyze data and feedback for continuous improvement.Â
Qualifications:Â
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Â
- 2-4 years of experience in program execution and stakeholder management.Â
- Proven program management experience, preferably in education or entrepreneurship.Â
- Strong understanding of the D2C landscape.Â
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.Â
- Project management skills.Â
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.Â
- Demonstrated capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Â
