Role - Consultant - D365 Marketing Automation Specialist (Contract role)

This role is based within the Electromechanical group for the Specialty Metals division which consists of 5 business units. Hamilton Precision Metals, Fine Tubes, Superior Tube, AMETEK SMP Wallingford, AMETEK SMP Eighty Four are all long-standing brands and recognized experts in their field. Together, as AMETEK Specialty Metal Products, they form a one-stop source for highly specialized metal products including metal powders, precision metal tubes and high purity strip, foil and ultra-thin foil, shaped wire, shaped components, thermal management products and clad plate.
These specialty metal materials are manufactured for the most critical applications in aerospace, defense, automotive, electronics, Oil & Gas, industrial and medical device ranging from heat exchanger tubes for space rocket propulsion systems or control lines in subsea oil extraction to artificial heart valves or pacemaker cables.
This is a unique opportunity to join the AMETEK Specialty Metals marketing team to increase our digital and integrated marketing impact globally based on a clear data-driven strategy. We are looking for team member with a methodical, analytical approach with great attention to detail and a go-getter aptitude with a great understanding the value of data to strategy decisions and to create and execute effective nurturing campaigns for maximum lead to opportunity conversion.
A key project will be supporting the implementation of Microsoft D365 Marketing Automation and integration with D365 Sales with a closed lead to opportunity process

Roles and Responsibilities: - Supporting the implementation and set up of Microsoft D365 Marketing Automation (Customer Insights module) with integration to D365 for Sales.
- Creating of landing pages (recreation and optimization of existing landing pages) in D365 Customer Insights including forms and data mapping
- Strong technical skills and experience in building effective marketing automation campaigns including e-mail marketing and nurturing campaigns with dynamic content.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on D365 Customer insights to showcase best practices and assist with the construction of email marketing programs.
- Own D365 Marketing Automation to create, test and deploy single and multi-step e-mail campaigns, landing pages, events, and webinars.
- Manage and maintain the automation rules, dynamic lists, and lead scoring model.
- Expand and optimize nurture email programs through testing and personalisation.
- Must be a competent HTML/CSS developer in D365 for Marketing. Develop and maintain responsive email and landing page templates. Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, and other aspects of email execution.
- Test, analyse and report on e-mail campaign performance on a recurring basis. Identify trends and opportunities for improved open, click-through and conversion rates also monitoring email deliverability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain various integration points with other marketing technology platforms.
- Working in collaboration with Marketing team to set up lead generation and account-based marketing campaigns that extend reach across digital marketing tools.
- Offer thoughtful insights, advice and recommendations regarding email tactics and opportunities for contact and email optimization.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Be detail oriented and able to identify and resolve issues.
- Data-driven with highly analytical approach to measuring success through set KPIs.
Qualifications Qualifications and Experience - 3+ years working experience with Microsoft D365 Dynamics Sales and D365 Marketing Automation.
- Expert understanding of D365 Marketing Automation to support data transfer, field mapping and to make customizations as per requirement.
- Experience with other marketing automation platforms such as Active Campaign is a benefit, but not essential.
- Experience and qualification with MS Customer Insights is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the integration between the Marketing Automation and Sales module in D365.
- Must be a competent HTML/CSS developer.
- Hands-on experience with e-mail marketing and nurturing campaigns
- Strong technical skills and experience building marketing automation campaigns. Understand campaign brief, flow and end-to-end email execution of campaigns.
- A minimum of 2-3 years marketing automation system administration experience (MS 365 preferred)
- MS Dynamics lead to opportunity process development experience essential.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently with minimal direction on a global level.
- PowerBI proficiency to expert level a clear advantage for impactful data visualization
