Position Overview
As a Human Resources Intern at Nexus Digital Marketing, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a dynamic and fast-paced digital marketing environment. You will work closely with our HR team to support recruitment, employee engagement, training and development initiatives, and other HR-related tasks. Working days - Monday to Friday
Stipend - 5000 per month

Recruitment Support - Assist with job posting creation and distribution on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding documentation.
Employee Engagement - Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Assist in gathering feedback from employees through surveys and focus groups.
- Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
HR Administration - Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including file management, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with maintaining HR databases and employee records.
- Help ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications - Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus, but not required.
Duration And Compensation - This is a paid internship position with flexible hours.
