Hiring Automotive sales trainer - 4 Wheelers - Pune

Requirement: 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience as an Automobile Sales Trainer Graduate degree Language proficiency: - Marathi & English

Key Responsibilities / Duties 1. Induct, train, upskill and equip the dealership front liners and Sales Managers in order to build sales and behavioral skills to enhance customer experience. 2. Build deep conviction and the ability with dealer staff to address the need gap in the market better than any other competitor 3. Mentoring front liners to Inspire, guide and motivate customers with the goal of meeting aspiration level of customers 4.Training dealer manpower on Sales, Service, Used Car, Guest Relation & value Chain to dealer staff & occasionally to OEM Managers 5.Training on Product, Process, soft skill, Technology & communication to dealer staff 6.Reporting to a centralized department of our client for 3 month & regional office after that 7.Training delivery mode-online & offline/physical 8.Building own competency on Sales/Service/Used Car/GR Training Programs & get certified
