Role & Responsibilities:

• Identifying potential candidates through Job portals, Social Media, Training institutes, and Recruitment consultants.
• Validating candidates to make sure whether the candidate matches the criteria.
• Scheduling interviews based on the Panel's availability and confirming the same with the candidates.
• Organizing and coordinating the interviews, providing feedback to the candidates.
• Taking care of end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Responsible for managing (end to end) all statutory compliance.
• Strong MIS / Analytics Skills (Knowledge of advanced excel will be preferred)
• Must have experience in Recruitment & Statutory

Work Location: Cantonment Rd, Cuttack, odisha

Shift: 9.30 am to 7 pm

salary: 25000-35000 as per skillset.
