Sales Account Manager, Staff
Responsibilities Accountable for growing Synopsys' business and expanding our installed technology base at our accounts. Develop, execute sales strategy, in collaboration with our technical teams and sales functions that is based on a deep understanding of customer's needs and requirements.
Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience in the semiconductor or EDA industry with 5 years of experience in sales. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical or Computer Engineering.Has a wide range of sales experience handling Aerospace, Government and international customers in semiconductor industry. Has the ability to engage with the customer's influencers , decision makers to understand and drive their key challenges and work with Synopsys experts to provide technology solutions for the customer's high value problems.Self-motivated with leadership skills and a demonstrated passion to win.
Key Qualifications
. A BS/MS in Electrical Engineering (or related degree) with a minimum of 5 years technology product selling experience preferably in the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) or closely related field
. A deep knowledge of IC design flows and methodologies
. The ability to drive engagements at management and technical levels that produce differentiated Synopsys results in addressing Customer's key challenges
. An exceptional Customer advocacy mindset, along with established value-selling and long-term relationship building skills
. The ability to multi-task, stay highly organized/detail-oriented, and can effectively interact with a cross functional teams
. Dedicated leadership, influencing, verbal and written communication skills
. Ability to travel as required
