Job description
We are looking for a qualified Sr. Engineer PPC who will be responsible for organizing production according to demand / stocking and ensure On-Time Delivery in a profitable manner. Should be well-versed in production planning procedures and ways to optimize them in an organized manner with results-driven with great problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities :
Ø Good exposure of Production Planning and Control function,
Manage the Sales orders and Forecast.
Ø Manage material requirements (MRP) using ERP system on time.
Ø Co-ordinate with procurement and store team for ensuring timely availability of the material in the
manufacturing plant.
Ø Ensuring allocation of materials for different projects.
Ø Ensuring work orders to production for timely production of goods.
Ø Develop production plan / schedule and ensure the flow of material to production in line with customer
requirement.
Ø Monitor the production status and ensure timely delivery.
Ø Address the delays and the issues from operations when they arise, accordingly necessary action to be
taken to meet the production demand.
Ø Prepare and submit the performance reports and MIS reports to Management.
Ø Co-ordinate with various departments for smooth flow of operations to ensure timely delivery to
Customers.
Requirements:
BE (Mech) 5-6 years' or DME with 7-8 years' experience.
Proven experience as production planner
Excellent knowledge of production planning principles.
Experience in Oracle based ERP.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel.
Preferably from Pneumatic Products Manufacturing Industry.
