Job Description Job Description SPOC for multiple residential communities for all coordination
Core Responsibilities Be the first and last point of contact for your community for the subscribers in house.
- Should be able to cover the front desk during business hours when needed and greet and guest
and subscribers.
- Greet people who come in for tours, track walk-ins, schedule tours, and send confirmation emails.
- Develop connections between subscribers, guest and whoever walk-in in the space.
- Should be excellent in networking and should love networking.
- Will be responsible for on-boarding of new Subscribers and completing exit formalities of the
subscribers.
- Should be creative enough to make new posters and creatives for the events.
- Should be able to prepare Newsletters on the standard format and thus should be well versed
with Microsoft office, Canva etc.

- Able to demonstrate the change and growth in the community with innovation in mind.
- Able to host and participate in the events inside or outside.
- Able to maintain the occupancy to 100% by achieving goals and maintaining churn.
- Ensure the subscribers are comfortable and processes for them is running smoothly.
- Drive the growth and demand of the center in the community.
- Maintain the KPI's and meet/maintain the standards and expectations of the organization without
exception.
- Be a self-starter and also should be able to coordinate between the team of brigade making sure
the subscribers are comfortable.
- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written
Qualifications Graduation is a must
