Job description
RING is a consumer-first digital payments app launched by Kissht, India's leading payments and lending fintech player. It was introduced in 2022 by OnEMi Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (The company behind the legacy of Kissht). Customers can use the RING App to transfer money to their bank or make payments on offline & and online channels, including merchant payments for all expenses in one billing cycle at 0% interest within a stipulated time. Mini payments are offered entirely free of transaction costs.

What will you do: Drive the business proactively through insights to identify product opportunities and threats. End-to-end ownership of key metrics, work with respective product owners to understand areas we need to measure and ensure the needle is moving in the right direction. Develop a strong hypothesis, execute A/B experiments, and identify areas of opportunities with a strong confidence level. Work cross-functionally to define problem statements, collect data, build analytical models, and make recommendations. Identify and implement streamlined processes for data reporting, dashboarding, and communication. Skills And Expertise: B.Tech/BE degree in Computer Science/related technical field or Statistics/Operations Research background. 4+ years of experience in core business analytics/product analytics. Deep understanding of SQL, Python/R. Extensive hands-on with these tools, and experience working on large datasets is a must. Excellent with data visualization and a strong understanding of Tableau, Superset, and Mixpanel. Strong problem-solving skills and should be able to engage senior management with data. Experience with data structures, ETL pipelines; feature modeling. Ability to effectively manage and communicate data mart plans to internal customers. Hands-on with Airflow. Effective communication skills and experience working across multiple teams will be a plus (data engineering, data analytics, product squads)Job tags
