Primary Responsibilities of an E-Sales Man- Product:
Services include Graphics Design: Logo Design, Business card, Banner, Social Media Post (Static and Dynamic both), Digital Marketing: Social Media Marketing and Search Engine Optimization. Data Entry: Data Recording, Data Analysis and Report Generation, Website Development, Application Development, Cloud Hosting service. Job expected to perform: Need to locate prospective customers by extensive research. Contact them by the media best suited for the customer. Generate them into leads, and eventually convert them to customers. Need to have strong research skills and deep product or industry knowledge to answer any questions about the product. Need to prepare and submit weekly contact list, outcome description/results, lead and sales report if any. Need to submit daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. Need to monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques. Can recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. Should be able to work in EST time zones for Canada and USA market.Job tags
