Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager who have experience with US clients to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our business development and sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities:

· Identify and Generate Business Opportunities by proactively seeking new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.

· Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the client's needs.

· Build and manage Client Relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

· Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

· Conduct product/service demonstrations and articulate the value proposition effectively.

· Negotiation and Closing, Lead negotiations and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

· Market Intelligence, Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

· Excellent experience of working with US Clients and having good verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to create impactful presentations and proposals.
