Director of Product Management , CARS24 India Location, Gurugram

We are India’s 2nd largest used car player after Maruti True value. In online used car players we are the largest used car player and miles ahead of all other online players. We are looking for a Director Product for all our India business. Our core businesses are buying, selling and financing used cars, we are also rapidly expanding into newer growth verticals that will further expand our product portfolios. -You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategy for one of our core product lines. -You will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, design user experiences, and deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers. Responsibilities: -Develop and execute product strategy for a core product line. - Lead cross-functional teams to define product requirements. -Design user experiences that are both user-friendly and meet business objectives. -Deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers. -Track and analyze product performance data to identify and implement improvements. -Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure that products are effectively positioned and promoted. -You will focus on user problems and define & drive a roadmap that breathes life into your product. ● Deliver. You do more than talk - you put things on paper, get your hands dirty, talk to users and execute with precision with an iterative mindset to learn from your product releases ● Data is the most efficient form of feedback from users, you will leverage data insights merged with qualitative user feedback to priorities rightset of problems and build user-centric product features to test your hypothesis. ● Lead a cross-functional team/pod, partnering with engineering, design, analyst, data-science and other teams to ship products to your end-users ● Understand that “one size doesn’t fit all” and conceptualize solutions that are configurable and adaptable to the maximum extent possible. ● Be in the details. Know your team's work in-depth - down to API names and contracts. ● Define clear and well-scoped requirements and usability documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audience Qualifications: -5+12 years of experience in product management. -Proven track record of developing and delivering successful products. -Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles. -Excellent communication and presentation skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team WHY SHOULD YOU APPLY?
