Job description
Job Purpose
BTG- Functional Analyst role, primarily focuses on the following functions:
1) Participate and support in the project management activity and does day to day tracking, reporting, escalation.
2) Creation / review of BRD / FSD
3) Liaison with vendor and product teams to clarify doubts and ensure requirements are properly signed off
4) Execute end to end functional testing.
Job Responsibilities:
· Executing projects (subject to project size and complexity) - covering requirement gathering, FSD / UD review, test case preparation, execution and documentation, post-implementation support.
Regular status update
· Contribute to evaluation of the vendor efforts by senior functional analyst.
· Study on vendor estimation
· Participate in process review.
· Visit vendor for reviews & demonstration on product development & highlight deviation / observation so that same can be captured prior to UAT release.
Walk through with Audit (Internal / External) and ISG team on the changes done. Share the test cases and results with them.
Key Skills:
· In-depth knowledge in some of the functional areas of the Business / Operations vertical + Basic knowledge of all the areas of the Business / Operations vertical.
· Project management expertise
