Designation - AVP - Group Product ManagerWhat's in it for you ?An opportunity to build and scale digital products from scratch, for one of the leading Fintech companies.An opportunity for high growth in an extremely important Investments vertical (Supply business) for the organization.Key Responsibilities :Define and execute the roadmap and strategic roadmap for the Investments vertical with a strong focus on Growth across the Website and the Mobile App.Conceptualize impactful features and product offerings by collaborating with internal teams like Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations and Business Development.Manage the product life cycle for the entire investment vertical including Strategy, Building Requirements, Target User Research, Prototyping, User Experience, Stakeholder Satisfaction, etc.Implement go-live strategies, define goals and metrics for the success of your product/ feature/ process.Identifying new potential channels that run parallel with the business goalsBrainstorm new and creative growth strategiesCreating campaigns and strategies that can attract more customers to the businessMeasuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Required Skill Set :5+ years of product management experience, with experience in Growth and Mobile AppsB-Tech + MBA from a Tier 1 Institute (Preferred)Excellent Knowledge in building and scaling digital platforms, with obsession around solving customer problemsGood team handling experience of at least 1 yearExperience in Agile / Scrum development methodologiesCrisp communication skills & ability to convert requirements into user storiesAbility to focus on the task while coordinating with multiple stakeholdersKnowledge of Jira, Adobe XD, Google Docs, Freshdesk/Zoho software(s)What's in it for the Candidate :- Opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing fintech in the country.1.
